Terms of Purchase
All of our parts are pulled from used vehicles. They are only pulled if it can be determined that the part works. They are tested (to the best of our ability) and cleaned before resale. The cosmetic condition of each instrument cluster is noted in its description. They range from excellent condition to instrument clusters with scratches on the lens cover. There are even some available without lens covers.
Instrument Cluster Mileage: If the donor vehicle's mileage can be determined it will noted in the instrument cluster description. NOTE: The miles/kilometers on odometers are not guaranteed due to the fact that some vehicles store the mileage in the engine computer and may revert back to the vehicle's true mileage upon installation.
Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment has been received and items will leave our Pennsylvania warehouse within 24 business hours after processing. Tracking information is provided to your email account with Fedex shipments.
Some clusters may need to be programmed to work with your vehicle. We offer Mileage Correction and Cloning services. Our Cloning Service allows you to clone the data from your old instrument cluster, over to the new one that you have purchased. In order to purchase this service, we require that you ship the old cluster to us, but only after we review this option with you over the phone. If you are not using our Cloning Service, you can request that we perform Mileage Correction on the cluster. Call us right after your purchase at 1-800-590-2716 to request either Cloning or Mileage Correction services.
WARNING: It is illegal to knowingly sell a vehicle without disclosing the correct mileage reading. We reserve the right to refuse to adjust your digital mileage reading if we suspect illegal intent.
This limited warranty applies to an instrument cluster that you purchase from the InstrumentClusterStore.com. If the product fails to function within 90 days after the date of its purchase from InstrumentClusterStore due to a defect in the materials or workmanship, InstrumentClusterStore will remedy the defect without charge to the consumer purchaser. In the event of a valid warranty claim, the remedy to be provided will be in InstrumentClusterStore’s sole discretion, and will include any one of the following: repair, replace, or a refund of the original purchase price of the product. In the event InstrumentClusterStore elects to repair and is unable to repair a product within a reasonable number of repair attempts, you may elect a refund or a free replacement. The foregoing limited warranty does not cover failure to function caused by damage to the product while in your possession, improper installation, unreasonable use or abuse of the product, failure to provide or use of improper maintenance, failure to follow written installation and use instructions, or any use other than for personal, family or household purposes. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THE ABOVE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU. NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE MADE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION AS SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL INSTRUMENTCLUSTERSTORE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The consumer-purchaser must maintain proof of purchase of the product to prove date of purchase in the unlikely event of a warranty claim.
If, within 90 days of your purchase of an instrument cluster from us, you want to return the product, but the product functions and you are not making a warranty claim, you may return the product at your own cost. Upon confirmation that the product returned is the product that was originally shipped to you, and that the product functions, we will refund you via the original method of payment.
